Delivery Jurisdiction & Fees

We serve select metropolitan areas and their surrounding residential premium sectors. Exact delivery windows and applicable concierge transit fees are calculated during checkout or finalized during your strategic consultation phase.

Absence Protocols

If you or your designated caregiver are unavailable during the delivery window, our handler will place your package inside a secure insulated cooler bag at your doorstep (if pre-arranged) and send an immediate text notification.
