Love Lift – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Love Lift, every box is prepared with fresh, functional, nutrient-dense foods and curated wellness items made specifically for each order. Because of the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, our cancellation, refund, and replacement guidelines may differ from traditional retail purchases.
Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
1. Perishable Goods — No Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Prepared meals, soups, or broths

Functional desserts
-
Flowers and perishables
-
Detox shots or refrigerated items
-
Any items requiring temperature control
Once a package has been delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Order Cancellations
2.1 Standard Orders (Non-Customized)
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
2.2 Custom Boxes (e.g., Love in a Box, Lift Me Up, Treat Me Right, Gift Boxes)
Once ingredient preparation, cooking, or assembly has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
2.3 Recipient Customization Form
Some gift boxes require the recipient to complete a selection form.
If the form is not completed:

We will send follow-up reminders.

We will hold the order for up to 7 days.

After this period, the box will be prepared using the most neutral, suitable options available.
No refund is provided if a recipient does not complete the form.
3. Delivery Issues
3.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the address entered by the purchaser is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible:

The order cannot be refunded.

A redelivery fee may apply if delivery must be attempted again, and redelivery is not guaranteed the same day due to perishability.
3.2 Missed Deliveries (Concierge or Doorstep Drop-Off)
Once delivered to the provided address, concierge, or front desk, the package is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for:

Spoilage due to the recipient not retrieving the package

Weather-related temperature exposure

Theft or loss after delivery
3.3 Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier issues
-
Weather conditions
-
High-volume periods
-
Events affecting transportation
Refunds are not issued for delays outside our control.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
We want every experience with Love Lift to feel supportive and thoughtful.
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the item(s) and packaging

A description of the issue
We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer one of the following:

A replacement of the affected item(s)
-
A partial credit toward a future purchase
-
A full replacement of the box (in rare cases where the entire box was affected)
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued at our discretion after review.
5. Allergies and Dietary Preferences
It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists and communicate allergies.
We prepare all items with extreme care; however, cross-contact may occur in a shared kitchen environment.
Refunds will not be issued due to undisclosed allergies.
6. Gift Purchases
When purchasing a gift:

The refund or cancellation must be requested by the purchaser, not the recipient.

If the recipient declines the gift, we cannot issue a refund due to the perishability of the items.
If you wish to revise or customize the box before preparation, please contact us as soon as possible.
